Meet Maple

Maple, the Arvada Massage & Stretch office manager

Hello,

My name is Maple, I am the official Office Manager for Arvada Massage and Stretch. Over the course of 5 years, I have had a robust career in security and scouting. My hobbies include walking in our local creeks, sourcing only the biggest and best sticks nature has to offer and bolting after the squirrels.

When you come in for your appointment I can be found napping behind the desk. If you want to say hi to me you definitely can, otherwise I will not greet you. Customer service at its finest.

What others are saying about Arvada Massage and Stretch

Helping Triathlon Athletes Recover Faster!

“ Rachel is outstanding and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and skilled therapist.

Right from the start, Rachel's calming demeanor set the perfect tone for a restful and restorative session. She asked great questions to understand which areas to focus on. I wanted to add massage to my care routine, as the training load of triathlon has been adding up and some lower back pain was lingering longer than usual. She explained how her process of using her hands, feet, and cupping could address these issues for me and got me situated on her table.

Her space had the perfect energy and I was instantly relaxed. I appreciated her checking in throughout the session to ensure the pressure wasn't too heavy or too light. We got it dialed in and she worked through the problem areas, ending the session with some tips on yoga poses and stretches that could help with what she observed and handing me a coconut water to help me hydrate. The little touches really show how much she cares about delivering the best experience.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachel to any athletes wanting to keep their body in peak condition.”

“Skilled, Knowledgeable, and Caring Professional”

“ I have had the pleasure of receiving massage therapy from Rachel Smith for the past two years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Rachel has an exceptional ability to address areas of pain while also providing a deeply relaxing experience.

Whether I’m dealing with muscle soreness, or just in need of relaxation, Rachel tailors each session to meet my specific needs.

I always feel better than when I arrived.

One of her strengths is her proficiency in Ashiatsu, a technique that is effective in targeting deep muscle areas of concern.
If you are looking for a new massage therapist or are considering beginning massage therapy, I highly recommend Rachel.

She is a skilled, knowledgeable and caring professional who truly listens to her clients and adapts her treatments accordingly.”
